The Prime IV experience provides customers with a health evaluation and then an assortment of treatment options via IV or injection.
“Humans ... we are not great at hydration,” Perazzo said. “This is an effective way to get vitamins in.”

Your initial visit includes a consultation with a nurse where you review your health history and then choose your treatment options.
“A client’s first visit includes education and a review of your history,” Perazzo said. “We have all RNs (registered nurse) on staff and a very safe environment which is different from other places.”
Prime IV takes walk-ins, but also has several membership options for a monthly fee. Prime IV treatments are also HSA and FSA eligible.
“You need to be consistent with it and we recommend monthly treatments,” Perazzo said. “The vitamins tend to stay in your system for about three weeks.”
Perazzo grew up in and resides in Loveland and started working in the hospitality sector as a regional manager for hotels. But she was always passionate about health and returned to school to earn a nursing degree. After spending time as a more traditional bedside nurse, she wanted to take on a new challenge.

“I always wanted to be a nurse, got into the hotel business but I always wanted to be involved in healthcare and helping people heal,” Perazzo said. “I then had the opportunity to open a business like this.”
Perazzo partnered with her sister and brother-in law to open a Prime IV in Mason about a year ago. The location in Deerfield Town Center has more than 600 members.
The Liberty Center location celebrated its grand opening on Oct. 23.
“We do this all day,” Perazzo said. “You’ll be in an environment you’re comfortable in. We have drinks and snacks and our staff of nurses are incredible.”
